This policy explains what personal information Vocalsmith (Mat Brummitt) collects, why, and what your rights are. I keep things minimal: I only collect what I need to reply to you.
What I collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you send. These are emailed to me so I can respond.
- Basic technical data: my host (Cloudflare) may process standard request information (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site. I do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How I use it
I use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Where it’s processed
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact messages are delivered by email via Resend. These providers process data on my behalf to operate the site and deliver your message.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, after which they’re deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, please get in touch via the contact form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
